This year, the dryer was drying very slowly and the duct itself had to be replaced. This involved making two small holes in our finshed basement ceiling to access the duct. They did this very neatly. (This did not, of course, include repairing the holes and repainting the area- we have to get that done.) The dryer is works well again."
