He came the day after I contacted him, right on time, to look at, and possibly repair, the hole in the ceiling from a light fixture that had been moved. The hole had been repaired incorrectly, and he fixed it very quickly, and showed me exactly how and why he was doing it that way. He was very pleasant and his price was very reasonable.
