KITCHEN: Very Architectural/modern galley kitchen - needs 2 - 3 "counter high" stools plus color accents and 1 sizeable piece of art work. DINING AREA: Flows from kitchen. LIVING AREA: Multiple Focal Points: Fireplace with large space over/wetbar with very tall wall (not soffited) that may be more useful as an entertainment area. LIGHTING: Kitchen - more than adequate. Everywhere else, inadequate with no ceiling lights in soaring ceilings Very shadowy after sunset. BALCONY: Rather small.
