"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.

I have a 22-year-old HVAC unit, which one of the big companies had previously been "hard selling" me to replace. But due to a tight household budget I am using the "run to failure" approach. It looked like the day of failure had finally arrived -- until David got to work. After some extended troubleshooting he expertly diagnosed a direct short in the compressor, and then resolved the problem in a way I doubt the big companies would have even cared to try.
