I was very impressed by Polar Bear Heating & Air Conditioning. They were professional, courteous, sensitive to time and financial constraints, and really wonderful to work with. Joe took a lot of time discussing options with me and ultimately even came to my house to see the system and discuss next steps in person. Angel's knowledge of HVAC systems and repair was outstanding. I really appreciated all of the time and effort they put into fixing our problem. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will absolutely use them again if we have any additional HVAC issues.

"We had them Replaced furnace and air conditioning unit. It was installed about a year ago but they came out for a regular service about a month ago. the service was free, part of the contract. I have no complaints, it was all good. They were responsive. they were punctual. I have no problems, it was a good deal when I bought it, it's a good deal now. I don't have any issues with how the service went. i bought it through them and I have no regrets and everything was the same as I felt when I bought it. It was a good deal, I made the right choice. Anytime you buy a major system and it doesn't go right you have a problem. I'm a happy camper.1 worker took less than an hour to complete."

we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr. 

We are very happy.
