"Our central air condition unit was not working properly on one of the hottest days of the summer and we were just about ready to start our annual process of jarring dozens of fresh Jersey tomatoes that we use year round. Fortunately, Comfort Cooling promptly reached out to us and in a matter of a few hours, the problem with our AC was correctly diagnosed and resolved. We would definitely call them again and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to family or friends."

"I contacted Unique Indoor Comfort, among others, to obtain a proposal for replacement of my furnace and air conditioning system. Unique took measurements off all the rooms (for sizing calculations), answered all my questions, and provided me with a written proposal with several system options ranging in cost. Some other contractors that had estimated this job had failed to either take measurements or provide a detailed written proposal. Although Unique did not have the cheapest proposal for this work, I felt most comfortable choosing Unique for the job because of their professional approach to the work, their ability to answer my questions, and their well-detailed proposal. The installation took one day. The contractors wore booties and put down cloths to keep my carpet clean when moving equipment. The installation went well, and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. The only issue I had was that the installation team forgot to install an upgraded piece of duct work. This duct piece only affected the efficiency of the system, not the operation, but it was included in the contract and touted by Unique as a benefit of their installation. After I noticed this and contacted Unique, they apologized and sent someone to install the upgrade within a few days. Overall, I am very satisfied with the system and the installation."

"I have been using East Coast Comfort for heating and air-conditioning for years and I have always been pleased. They installed a new system for us years ago, did it for far less than other estimates we received, and we have reduced our energy costs because of it."

"Project: HVAC Systems Check-up, Preventive Maintenance & Repair Arrived earlier than expected; both Technicians were courteous and very professional. Explained what needed to be repaired/replaced in the Central Air compressor and answered all of my questions in easy-to-understand manner. Both Technicians were proficient as well as efficient. I personally would recommend DESMOND HEATING & COOLING SOLUTIONS to my neighbors, family and friends needing expert help with HVAC maintenance issues or problems. WELL, DONE! THANKS, ANGI ..."

"My central air unit was blowing hot air. It would not go below 81 degrees. Thank goodness for Travis and McKayla. The showed up promptly for an emergency appointment. They were curious and knowledgeable. They explained to me all the steps towards getting my central air unit working again. Within a couple of hours they replaced the part needed and the a/c was back !!!!! Thanks guys you are awesome."

"Very thorough but offered to sell me a new air conditioner which I didn't need"

"Simply outstanding. I had been using another company I will not name here, but looking over the HORIZON for help since they could not service my Air Conditioner until August, I turned to Home Advisor. Desperate for help, low and behold up popped Mechanical Monster. Expecting another July/August response, I spoke to this very nice lady, and she said the owner Jeff had an opening the following day! Wow! I was still a bit leery but Jeff showed up, explained to me everything he was doing, made me feel at ease. He found the problem, went above what a normal repairman would do and said you will have Air Conditioning tonight. He was out in the dark, in the rain, getting done. I have not had customer service like that in probably over 30 years. This is a great example of what America used to be, companies going the extra mile to satisfy their customers. This is rare in these times, and I am really blessed to have come upon Mechanical Monster and Jeff. Renews my hope for our great country that there still are companies out there to put their customers first."
