"Airco is a great family-owned and operated business, very fair and knowledgeable. They replaced our forced air central heating system (oil) in a day, and were quick to respond and get to work despite how busy things were during the January cold-spell. I would highly recommend for your heating and cooling needs!"

"Excellent. I've had Genove install both gas and oil heating systems in my properties, most recently oil. They have also installed central air/hydro air and handle my oil delivery. The techs have always been polite & knowledgable. Their customer service is impeccable. As a landlord/home owner, I couldn't be happier with them handling all my HVAC needs and would recommend them to anyone."

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"Five Star Service! Total Comfort Mechanical planned, designed, and installed a Mitsubishi Intelli-Heat system at our home in Melrose. They seamlessly combined our existing gas furnace and ducted system with an efficient Mitsubishi heat pump to create a hybrid heating and AC system. The team exceeded our expectations. They are honest, respectful, and always maintained a positive and professional attitude. They did everything they said they would do and even went above and beyond. The technicians are skilled and dedicated, often working long hours to ensure the job was done right. We were impressed by their commitment to keeping our work sites clean at the end of each day. The planning was meticulous, the communication was excellent, and the final delivery exceeded our expectations. We can confidently recommend Total Comfort Mechanical for any heating and air conditioning projects. Thank you, Wendell and team, for making our home more comfortable and efficient!"

"Dodge installed a rooftop condenser and a coil above my hot air furnace. They coordinated the crane, installed everything in a day and left the workplace immaculate. This is a family run business. Good price. Highly ethical. This is the second major job they’ve done for me. Don’t look anywhere else!"

"Excellent service. Atlantic heating and air conditioning is professional, punctual, courteous. Highly recommended."

"Peter did an excellent job tuning up my A/C system. He was extremely diligent in making sure my A/C unit was up to speed for cooling for the upcoming summer weather. I know I will most likely need a new system installed in the near future as this one is on it's last legs. I know who to call when I need a new A/C unit installed and it will be Peter!"

"This review is for oil to gas conversion and Jeff has a wealth of knowledge from getting gas meter setup, inspection, and boiler and water heater installation. He and his entire team were very professional and hardworking and I am very happy with the service I received. Work was done as scheduled even when there was some minor hiccups during the process and they gave me a peace of mind and they handled and coordinated everything from start to end and I didn't have to look back nor worry.Sandy excelled with communication and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner and received the top notch customer service and the great thing about this company is that their response rate is unbelievably fast and they were able to fit me in their busy schedule and they were able to give me a schedule within a month, and I am now well ahead and prepared for winter. Thank you again for all of your hard work, transparency, and quality service you had provided. I highly recommend this company."

"My central AC unit has been broken for several years. intermittently working during hot summers. I've had several HVAC companies come to diagnose and all of them told me different things: replace the whole system, new lines, etc. potentially costing tens of thousands of dollars. So I decided to troubleshoot by myself and pinpointed the issue: the filter dryer needed to be replaced. No company wanted to do this small job. I called Emerald HVAC and told them about my issue, they sent in José, who diagnosed the issue to be what I said. He replaced the filter dryer and the AC unit works perfectly now after several years! In short, Emerald HVAC will be my first choice for any HVAC work in the future. They are honest, professional, and reasonably priced. I recommend them without reservation!"
