"Great guy, very knowledgeable and delivers what he promises. I wanted to replace three boilers that showed severe carbon build-up on the units. Jeff explained the carbon build-up was do to lack of make up air being delivered to the space. Even through I had duct work bringing fresh air into the space it was not sufficient. Jeff recommended high-efficiency combo heater / water units with direct vents and introduced me to MassSave for 0% loan and rebates for each unit. I had a difficult situation with a multi-family home trying to replace three boilers and three water heaters simultaneously with cold weather starting to settle in and occupied units. Obviously I didn't want to leave my tenants without heat or hot water. Jeff formulated a plan that would minimize the down time I would be without both, he work diligently to execute that plan and he delivered as promised. In addition he was extremely helpful coordinating with National Grid to ensure they did their part and didn't cause any delays.
