"I recently bought a foreclosed home and was not sure of the condition of the heating and air conditioning unit. So I called Gallaghers Plumbing Heating and Air to see if they could check the heating unit out. Gallaghers was more than happy to come and look at the unit and they seemed genuinely happy to have spoken to me. I made the appointment for them to come out for the next morning. Right on time the next morning they showed up. After looking at the heater, the technician told me that I had a couple of leaks in one of the lines coming from the heater. The line that had the leaks would allow carbon monoxide to leak into my house. The technician informed me that I would need a new heater. My heater was installed the very next day. All of the technicians were very friendly and professional. I am very happy to be a customer of a company that is quick to respond to a potentially dangerous situation.

He got back to me quickly, understanding the importance of our household of 5 relying on not just comfort, but safety as well, and said he could squeeze me in the same day between appointments. He arrived at 9 am, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the broken $30 part. He is handling the warranty paperwork as well. In a time of huge businesses that treat you like a transaction, it's nice to see a company that exudes the hometown feel while still maintaining a high level of professionalism.
