"Everything went very well. They were quick to respond by phone and quick to come out for an estimate. I asked a lot of questions and all were answered politely and professionally. After getting several estimates from different companies, I decided on A Better Way. Costs were all pretty much the same, but I was impressed with their professionalism and that they are a local company. They also had the best guarantee for parts and service, 5 years. One thing to note that I learned from all of the companies estimates, is that parts and service does not mean totally free. All companies charge a trip fee if you do need service. But ABW was slightly cheaper. After I called to confirm, they were able to install 2 days later. Installation went smoothly and no surprises (costs). I've been running the air conditioner almost consistently for a few weeks and have not had any problems."
