"Two technicians came, Jeremy and Ryan. They were great. They checked the thermostat, the electrical board that looks like the motherboard to a computer, some plastic pipes and the air filter. My bad. I went miles too long without replacing the air filter. Their explanation helped a lot. It reminded me of people and how if they take care of themselves, their internal organs don't strain as much to keep the body going. That's what happened to my a/c. I didn't take good care of the filter, so it had to strain a lot harder to keep going. They said I should replace my air filter every 3-6 months. I am so grateful that they came out so quickly because it gets very hot in my condo on the second floor. Again, great service, excellent attitude, prompt and outrageously good prices. I shudder to think of the companies that would claim all kinds of stuff "under the hood" and overcharge. I consider myself very lucky.
