"They had a lot of experience in the cleaning up our air duct. They were the best. They also cleaned my dryer and chimney very well. I'm comfortable using them again and again. They had a reasonable price."

"Don was excellent. He performed a very thorough inspection of my system and clearly explained all his findings. My furnace is 20 years old, and despite finding many smaller issues he was not pushy about replacing the entire thing. He just gave an honest assessment of the condition. Don correctly found the issue with the blower (bad controller board) and fixed the cause of the failure (plugged drain pipe, causing water damage). After replacing the board the furnace is back up and running. I'll be giving them a call when it is time to replace the furnace."

"Great experience with seasonal maintenance check. They arrived early in appointment window, checked furnace, humidifier, & air conditioning, explained everything clearly. They replaced a filter, examined every part of air conditioning system, made some recommendations, had easy payment system. I will look forward to using them again!"

"A breath of fresh air and hassle free experience. Their price was so reasonable I felt like I underpaid, especially considering it included my new thermostat. Both the estimate and install were completed the following day without any wait. I was nervous about finding someone competent enough install my heat pump, but the work done by All Trades was professional with no mess left behind and all units are functioning as they should."

"Controlling Systems was one of four different companies that we contacted for quotes on a furnace replacement.  Although we have a complicated layout (hard to get to combustion air), Gus at Controlling Systems wasn't fazed in the least.  He was clear, concise and professional ? amending the proposal as i learned more and changed my needs based on what I heard from other contractors.  In the end, Controlling Systems had the lowest price (in fact, nearly $1000 less for a Rheem 95% Eff. continously Variable, Dual Stage system than another contractor quoted for an 80% system) and the fastest turnaround time.  The team arrived onsite at the time promised, removed the old system (not easy in my house) and installed the new system complete with new combustion air in about 6 hours ? less time that they projected and a full day fasted than another contractor quoted.

"I was very leery of hiring a heating contractor because of unfortunate past experiences. I chose Matt and DenTech over two others because he was straightforward, informative, and honest. He actually replaced both my heater and my air conditioner, at my request. He wasn't pushy or sell, sell, sell. He was on time for every visit and finished my installations one day earlier than estimated. I am so relieved to find a contractor I can trust and have no qualms about calling him for annual check ups or service calls. He also submitted my rebate paperwork with Xcel and monitored the refunds - even 5 months later - checking to make sure I'd received them. Matt is top notch!"
