I called Good Guys at 4am thinking I'd get voicemail or answering machine but I got a person. He scheduled service between 8 & 10am and they were here at 8:15 examined the furnace showed me all the things it needed gave me a replacement cost, went and got furnace replaced it and I had heat by mid afternoon. These guys are great."

They installed a new HVAC (furnace downstairs and a/c outside) and a hot water heater in a 135 year old house which is a challenge, but faced it no problem. When they offered suggestions to make the system run better by adding additional cold air returns, they really worked with me to make sure that I was happy with placement and the finished product.....I mean who wants extra unattractive vents in the floor?? but they really made it look great! They were my lowest bid of 6 others selected from Angie's List/Lowe's and Home Depot and when the work was done it was right on bid not a cent more! I would definitely do business with them again my new systems are running great and the house feels very comfortable now. We have been using it this winter and even in the coldest period, it kept the temperature perfect. Chris did the install in minimal time and with professionalism. He even put in a flap, so that if we wanted to use our wood furnace it would close off the gas furnace flu, so the electronics would not overheat. We were very comfortable with him in our home."
