"My wife and I just had Joyce Cooling and Heating install duct work, air conditioning unit (Lennox) as well as a ductless mini split in our lower level. We received three bids for the project and selected Joyce for several reasons including, the salesman (Abe) that helped us and his level of responsiveness and consistent communication. We also liked the brands that Joyce partners with and installs - Lennox and Mitsubishi and from my research are the two best brands on the market. Our positive experience continued after we made the selection to hire Joyce for this large (4 day) project. They scheduled us in within days of making the decision and showed up early the first day (big bonus points in my book). The caliber of professionalism, courteousness, thoroughness and communication was present in every aspect of their work and across all of their employees. After each day they cleaned the work area and made sure it was left the way they found it. They completed the job earlier than expected and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Each employee we interacted with at Joyce was polite, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. We have shared our positive experience with everyone we have spoken to about our recent home improvement and am a firm believer in voting with my dollars for businesses that deserve it and Joyce has won our vote. "I needed an air conditioning system installed in my daughter's home. I live out of town, so had to communicate long distance. Nick and his team were able to provide an estimate for the system, and it was substantially lower than others I received. Nick took the time to thoroughly explain why his was lower and why the system he was recommended was the most appropriate for the size of home we have. Work was scheduled, and the crew arrived on time and complete the job in 2+ days. They explained operation to my daughter, and provided complete instructions on maintenance. "I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. Thanks, Jared and Jack. I should mention I paid about $300 for the refrigerant today. I don't know what the final cost will be but probably a bit over $1000."

Closet space in these old homes is basically nonexistent, so I thought that central air conditioning was out of the question. I heard about high velocity air conditioners and contacted Unique Indoor Comfort. Jason C. was very knowledgeable and patient as I asked all of our questions. We decided to go with a two zone Unico system. Steve, Jason and crew exceeded our expectations. They were prompt, courteous and did what was necessary to meet the time estimate for the installation. They also cleaned up before leaving each day, leaving the house in the same condition as when they arrived. The system was installed around the 4th of July and the heat wave we experienced allowed the system to be fully stress tested, which it passed with flying colors."

They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. After two weeks, the system has been performing exactly as we hoped."
