Parts BUT Eddie went to Lowes to get the part he needed to put it together as well as having to go to Amazon to buy the part. Eddie didn't charge me a thing for all this work, he is awesome person. "Every thing went very well, two day install. They left downstairs air conditioning working over night for my comfort. Came back on time next day and finished up. They left garage floor and furnace area swept up. Men were very polite, quiet, knew what they were doing and wore booties when inside. Great people. New units are very efficient & have excellent warranties that transfer to new owner. On time and on budget. I have used AirCo for service on old unit for 22 years. Very happy with AirCo employees."
