"I recently bought a foreclosed home and was not sure of the condition of the heating and air conditioning unit. So I called Gallaghers Plumbing Heating and Air to see if they could check the heating unit out. Gallaghers was more than happy to come and look at the unit and they seemed genuinely happy to have spoken to me. I made the appointment for them to come out for the next morning. Right on time the next morning they showed up. After looking at the heater, the technician told me that I had a couple of leaks in one of the lines coming from the heater. The line that had the leaks would allow carbon monoxide to leak into my house. The technician informed me that I would need a new heater. My heater was installed the very next day. All of the technicians were very friendly and professional. I am very happy to be a customer of a company that is quick to respond to a potentially dangerous situation.

"My AC had stopped working while my family and I were out late on the 4th of July. I requested a Quote through HomeAdvisor and received a text within minutes about the trouble. He offered to come out right away! I told him I had shut off the system to prevent further damage and the next morning would be fine. He showed up timely and even had a system to alert me via text of his exact ETA, very nice. He was able to diagnose the problem and get the system running for now. He even found the cause, a leaking evaporator coil, which does mean a new system soon, mine is over 15 years old and has seen its better days. He gave me a very reasonable price quote, and made sure the system was running before he left. He also thoroughly cleaned up after himself and you would never know anyone was there. His pricing is very reasonable and he explained what he was doing as he went and why. Very knowledgeable and personable.
