"I have a contract with them. It doesn’t cost anything because I’m signed up for the year. The quality is very good, excellent. They’re kind of slow getting out here. They will call and tell you they’re going to be here. They call like an hour before they get here. I have used them for 20 years. I think they have to hire more people because if you are on their comfort plan, they did the air conditioning and the furnace. The air conditioning is about a month down the road and you are already in season. When they did the furnace in October or November, you are already in the season. That’s what I would say there."

I was happy to find out that it was just my dual run capacitor and that I didn't have to replace unit or pay an astronomical amount of money ($262). I rated the value for the money a 3 only because I know how cheap the part is. However, the service of having a quick response, professionalism, quick fix, and a central air unit that is cooling wonderfully is invaluable, especially in these hot temperatures. Very pleased with Global overall and would definitely use again."
