"We recently moved into a new home and our air conditioning stopped working. The previous owners had left us a list of subcontractors they have used in the past and Select a/c was on the list. We looked them up on Angie's list and gave them a call. They were able to come out the same day and fix the problem. Oscar was our technician and he was friendly, professional and did a great job! He worked very quickly! Before entering the house he offered to cover his shoes to protect our carpet. He was the first repairman in all of my years of owning a home who has offered to do this. I was so impressed! 
Our unit is 16 years old and I have very basic knowledge of how it works. Someone could have easily walked in and told me we needed a new unit and I wouldn't have known any better. 
It is refreshing to do business with such an honest company. When this unit wears out, we will be giving them a call. 
I have programmed their number into my phone and will be referring them to all of my friends and family.

"I hired Manny from Angi. He and his co-worker Abel came to my home last week to verify that my A/C needed replacing. Manny took the time to inspect my unit and found several mistakes the installer made 10 years ago. I got a quote that was several hundred dollars less than another A/C company. I scheduled Manny to come out today to do the job. I could tell from the beginning that Manny and Abel knew what they were doing.
