"I recently bought a foreclosed home and was not sure of the condition of the heating and air conditioning unit. So I called Gallaghers Plumbing Heating and Air to see if they could check the heating unit out. Gallaghers was more than happy to come and look at the unit and they seemed genuinely happy to have spoken to me. I made the appointment for them to come out for the next morning. Right on time the next morning they showed up. After looking at the heater, the technician told me that I had a couple of leaks in one of the lines coming from the heater. The line that had the leaks would allow carbon monoxide to leak into my house. The technician informed me that I would need a new heater. My heater was installed the very next day. All of the technicians were very friendly and professional. I am very happy to be a customer of a company that is quick to respond to a potentially dangerous situation.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Just honest, factual, and straightforward. They quoted us a system with the panels, racking, and inverter which we wanted, not what they were pushing. The quote wasn't the best (hence the 'B' for price) but it did offer the best VALUE when we considered the equipment specification and the stability of the company - an important consideration when looking at a system with a 25 year life! The installation was scheduled by our coordinator, Sherry, and the team showed up when promised and got the job completed on time. Quality of workmanship was first rate and the entire installation was done with care, and tidied away before the team left. Permitting and PG&E inspection were all handled by Sherry, and that was also quick and flawless. Overall, the system they installed easily meets their projections in terms of performance, and it effectively pays for itself.
