After the initial consultations with one of the companies ( (name I wonâ t disclose)I was almost in tears about how many of their technicians were out of work and that I would help put food on their table...... I reluctantly agreed and signed the contract. After further thoughts I said to myself â he got me and immediately cancelled!! Aaceâ s heating AC & Swamp cooler they were sooo amazing and I was overjoyed with happiness! Integrity, respect, excellence, and team work they exhibited wellð ð ! I'm very picky and hard too please. I had NO option but to give frank and his team the well deserved compliments they rightfully earned!!!! Without a doubt I would recommend them to my family and friends. I forgot to mention they were very clean and took all the trash away even some of mines ð ð !!!! This review is documented from a real customer and NO one asked/ suggested I write anything. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
