"Carl and Brian were called to provide an assessment of the heat pump and air handler in the home we just purchased as it is the original equipment. They were on-site just a short hour or two after my call (may not be typical but we called early in the day). The assessment was thorough and they took the time to explain each step and answer our questions.
In the end they topped off the refrigerant and we agreed that a cleaning of the air handler was in order. We scheduled that for next week and they waived the normal service call fee (for the assessment) as well.
Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to get to know us and fully understand what we were thinking in terms of current budget and possible future needs.  As a result we felt that this company is staffed by technically qualified, fair and honest people so we joined their membership club which reduces fees and helps maintain a history of our HVAC system.
