He kept me up on the status of the wait time for the part to arrive. I would like to still receive the service on my A/C units. At the time I chose Air Pro Heating and Air, I didn't realize they had just started their business. (I went out to the sites of all 3 businesses submitted to me by Home Advisor and learned the other two had been around for some time.) The only reason I didn't get too nervous was because Mr. Middleton had been so professional and so knowledgeable. I thought to myself, "why not give a new business the opportunity to get started?" I'm just surprised that a business is allowing customers trying to get in touch with them to have to deal with not even being able to leave messages. So, I guess I just want them to keep their word on the servicing my A/C units. However, should I have problems with my new furnace that was just installed (March 2021); who am I supposed to call when no one is answering their phones. The answer to number 22 below will have to be No. No, because I wouldn't be able to tell anyone how to contact them since they are not answering any phones."
