"Ralphie of AR AIR Corp is the best HVAC technician we've ever had since owning heat pumps for over 3 decades, we're so pleased to have a service contract with AR AIR CORP so we will never have deal with a unskilled technician like last week when the Condenser stopped working in the heat wave with 95 temps I'm my house . The former technician who couldn't find the control board part that I easily found online and missed all other problems in the unit leaving a mess of wires . It took 3 hours in the hot sun Ralphie figured all the problems out in the Condenser and got it working again. Ralphie went out his way to help us because my husband has Parkinson's and he felt for us in his condition and that he is kind person who cares ! "After a number of calls to various companies, I reached out to home advisor looking for help ASAP with my central air that wasn't working on a Sunday when it was a 95 degree day. Within 2 minutes my phone rang and it was Kevin from KN heating and cooling. Kevin was at my house with 15 minutes. Not only did he figure out what was wrong and fix it, he found a number of other issues that need to be taken care of. Kevin was amazing and even walked me through what he was doing and explained everything to me. Not only do I recommend him, he's will now be my go to for service on my boiler and central air.
