"Ralphie of AR AIR Corp is the best HVAC technician we've ever had since owning heat pumps for over 3 decades, we're so pleased to have a service contract with AR AIR CORP so we will never have deal with a unskilled technician like last week when the Condenser stopped working in the heat wave with 95 temps I'm my house . The former technician who couldn't find the control board part that I easily found online and missed all other problems in the unit leaving a mess of wires . It took 3 hours in the hot sun Ralphie figured all the problems out in the Condenser and got it working again. Ralphie went out his way to help us because my husband has Parkinson's and he felt for us in his condition and that he is kind person who cares ! "Ali came over to our home when we called with a concern of the air flow in our central air conditioning system. He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone."

After having multiple HVAC guys in our house to check our Lennox central air conditioning unit for a WEEK during the hottest week of summer (our house heated to 98 degrees), Kevin entered our house and turned our unit on in less than 2 minutes. He came in and he knew EXACTLY what he was doing- he spent a few minutes at our unit and got it running, then he went downstairs to check the electric base unit and he quickly found that our filter needed changing BAD. For the first time in 15 years all heaters run SILENT and they are 18 feet in the air in a mechanic shop of a dealership. He then served all 5 A/C units on the roof of the dealership. "Mark and his associate did an excellent job!  Highly satisfied with the entire experience.  They started out working on an old dryer vent that had probably not been cleaned out in about 10 years.  It had probably the most lint that they had seen in a while.  They cleaned it thorough from all access points and Mark gave advice on how to maintain it to ensure efficiency and reduce fire hazard.  Next up was the bathroom ceiling fan and corresponding duct, which had also probably never been cleaned out in about 10 years.  The fan was removed and all the built-up grime and dust cleaned off and the duct also got a thorough cleaning.  Mark re-installed the fan carefully and it seems to operate much better now and not rattle as much in its housing as it did before.  From this entire experience I can attest that Mark and his associate possess the right experience and work attitude to complete their jobs in a highly satisfactory manner.  They are very professional and I was also very pleased that they left their job sites in a great condition.  From the outset, communication by email and telephone was clear and informative.  This had been the first time that I had required services of this kind (only rather recently had moved to the apartment in question) and given all the warnings about the industry I was very happy to have picked the right service company.  These guys are highly recommended!"
