"Love this company! My service tech today was Brad Groves. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. He even took the time to show me the photos taken of the interior components of our unit. There is a reason Dugan Air recieves such high ratings from their customers...they earn them. The maintenance services are affordable and I would highly recommend giving them a try."

"We called them, they came the next business day. After searching, they found the leak in the crawl space. Had to replace
a too small pipe that had come from the manufacturer. The service was quick, thorough and professional. Have used them
before. Price was reasonable for what was done. Very satisfied."

"Ended up not needing to replace thermostat. ARS technician checked A/C system and found no issues. Discovered nest thermostat was installed by utility company, allowing them to shut it down during peak usage. Previous homeowner is to blame."
