"I hired Prime Energy after the owner Lionel Retes responded to my Angieâ s inquiry. He was here almost immediately. My initial thought about him was a sense of honesty. I had also read his other reviews. I was replacing a twenty seven year old heating and air conditioning unit. He didnâ t try to sell me a unit beyond what was needed. He recommended some new duct work. He completed it before he left for the day so we would have heat from our old furnace that night.
