"Our AC went out on Friday afternoon. The Aire Serv repair tech, came out on Saturday morning and told us what we already knew...that our 21 yr old AC unit needed to be replaced. He gave us some tips to help it limp along until we could have a new unit installed. Bill, the Aire Serv sales rep, met us at our house on Monday. We discussed different equipment and options. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He understood we would be getting quotes from other companies and assured us that his pricing be better. After meeting with three other companies, Bill was proven right. Aire Serv was more than $1000 less expensive than the closest competitor for the same Lennox equipment. We signed a contract with Bill on Tuesday afternoon, with the install scheduled two days later on Thursday! The other companies were 2-4 weeks out on installs. The install team (Richard & Justin) arrived promptly at 9am on Thursday and got straight to work. The removal and install was smooth and painless. They finished up around 5pm and spent an additional 45 minutes explaining how the new equipment worked, how to get the most out of the system, and answering our remaining questions. We went from an old, broken AC unit to a complete high-efficiency HVAC system in less than one week. Thank you Aire Serv!"

"The service for the big deal from One Choice Mechanical for air conditioner tune up was fine. It was fine. They came in and I wasn't there. My mother was able to meet the man who came over. She said that it didn't take very long and everything was fine and paid. It went just fine, it was great. It was worth the money. There were no repairs. He didn't say, well, you need this, you need this, you need this, nothing, no. It was a nice experience. I called by a day or so and set up an appointment and made sure that my mother could make it and she said yes. It was within the same week of the big deal purchase, maybe just a few days or something like that. Everything went smoothly."

I used a fairly new dividson of Greenwell Plumbing, Home Pro. This service is wonderful. There is one person to deal with for all the sub-contrators. Also there is great office staff to answer questions and help with plumbing fixtures, Staci Montgomery was always very helpful and great to work with, she kept communications flowing.

I met with Joe Kirchgessner April 17, 2014 to go over the details of the job. He listened to what I wanted and was very responsive and offered great suggestion to create a better job. Joe gave me a list of all the trades and scources for fixtures, cabinetry, granite and others needed to complete the job. This included the contact person for each business. All I had to do was to go and make my selections for tile, granite and light fixtures.

Joe scheduled the cabinet maker, shelving, shower glass and shutters to come to the house with selections, on my schedule.

Each sub-contractor showed up as scheduled completed their part of the job, Showing respect and care with my home.

As can be expected in a fourty year old house there was a bump or two in the road but Joe always told me and quot;no problem we can do thatand quot;.And they did! Plus the attention to detail was amazing. They insisted that everything was finished to perfection.

"We had a brand new central air unit installed by another company 4 years ago. It never worked the way it should,, the house would never cool down past 78 or 79 degrees in the summer, Bryant had been out to repair it numerous times, they finally admitted they could not fix the problem and installed a bigger unit. We were excited that we could finally have a cool house, only to be disappointed when we turned the air on, it was doing the same thing the other unit did, not cooling the house. They came back out twice after that and told us we needed to put a new breaker box in the house. We ended up calling carrier and ask for a different company to deal with. Jarboe's came out and was in the house about 20 minutes and told us the unit was fine and he had fixed the problem. Our air has been working fine ever since. The hot weeks we had this summer would have been miserable for us if not for them. I'm so happy we were turned on to Jarboes, I would recommend them to anyone."
