"Ralphie of AR AIR Corp is the best HVAC technician we've ever had since owning heat pumps for over 3 decades, we're so pleased to have a service contract with AR AIR CORP so we will never have deal with a unskilled technician like last week when the Condenser stopped working in the heat wave with 95 temps I'm my house . The former technician who couldn't find the control board part that I easily found online and missed all other problems in the unit leaving a mess of wires . It took 3 hours in the hot sun Ralphie figured all the problems out in the Condenser and got it working again. Ralphie went out his way to help us because my husband has Parkinson's and he felt for us in his condition and that he is kind person who cares ! "Seriously a dream come true. After having multiple HVAC guys in our house to check our Lennox central air conditioning unit for a WEEK during the hottest week of summer (our house heated to 98 degrees), Kevin entered our house and turned our unit on in less than 2 minutes. He came in and he knew EXACTLY what he was doing- he spent a few minutes at our unit and got it running, then he went downstairs to check the electric base unit and he quickly found that our filter needed changing BAD. We had multiple companies telling us that we needed a new unit, and we had spent hundreds of dollars on NOTHING to find that our unit, while old (20 years), was more advanced than most as it had multiple automatic shut off valves to avoid any overheating catastrophes. Long story short, it took a few bad opinions to finally find Kevin who waltzed in and told us that we simply needed to change our filter regularly and he had our house cool within an hour. He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. "Jason completed the repair of 7 Oil heaters, full blower wheel replacements, nozzle head replacements, tune up and more. For the first time in 15 years all heaters run SILENT and they are 18 feet in the air in a mechanic shop of a dealership. He then served all 5 A/C units on the roof of the dealership. Ever since we hired him it has been seamless and very fairly priced. I would highly recommend him and his company. He's always available for any emergency we've had regarding the units."

During the course of the install, it was found wiring for the air conditioning needed to be changed from 110 to 220. Khalif found someone to take care of it immediately. The men working with him -Andy and Jose, were courteous, left the work site in a neat and clean order- they placed protective coverings down to protect my wood floors.
