"I was so pleased with this company, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.  I have a rental property in Casselberry, and my tenant called me at 6:45 pm  to say the air conditioner wasn't working.  I immediately got on Angies List and began researching air conditioning companies.  I was a little panicked, because it was so late, 7:10 pm, by the time I made the decision to call Matthew Roberts Inc,  I'm so glad I did.  I called and left a message, hoping for a call back first thing Tuesday morning.  I was amazed to get a call back at 7:20 pm,  from a very nice gentleman named Bill, who said he was only about 20 minutes away, and could go by right then.  He explained it would be a higher price  for the after hours service call, so I could make the decision to wait.  The difference was 35.00 an hour more, and seemed quite reasonable, especially since It was my tenant.  Bill went by, introduced himself, and began to diagnose the problem and repair it.  My tenant was thrilled with his professionalism and courteous manner.  The repair took a little over an hour and was well worth the price.  He explained what the issue was to both of us and gave my tenant advice on how to avoid the issue in the future.  I will only use Matthew Roberts Inc for any future air conditioning issues I may have.

"Service One has been wonderful to work with, both for our plumbing and air conditioning matters. Our A/C had 3 leaks in it, and Duke Energy failed to cover these damages despite the fact I had purchased a coverage plan with them. ServiceOne gave me a great quote and our technician Otto was super knowledgeable, personable and all around a great person whom we felt very confident with. I received another quote from Ferran that was nearly $1,000 more than what ServiceOne quoted, and for a unit that wasn't as efficient. The A/C is working great, they have a great warranty plan for it, and have always been very timely in returning calls in the past. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a good company that is trustworthy and will take their time to talk to you."

"Had service star Air & heating replace a 5 ton and 2.5 ton and two air handlers that had gone bad. Louis Ratti told me it would take his crew about 8 hours to completed the job from 9:am to 5pm. The crew got there on time and started to work right away. They were professional, courteous and proficient. There was no guessing to what they had to. They were good I say better than good. By 2:30pm they had both systems up and running and the work area clean and spotless. Not only that, I asked if they would connect my phone to both thermostat and with out hesitation they did it. "I originally called my regular service company to come out and look at my ac and they told me I had a bad compressor and should replace my 7 year old system. I called Prestige for a 2nd opinion, and they said my compressor was not the problem. They also told me that my system was still under the manufacturers warranty.
