"Greg came out & got in attic to see how my flex was & found out another company did not attach the flex to new furnace. He checked my new furnace to see if flex damage affected it. He also checked to see if my furnace was appropriate for my home( right size). He was just great & have to replace flex which other company did not check out when I had new furnace & air put in in July. Make sure companies check the flex before installing new equipment. Greg was caring about his job!!"
