Ultimately the piece that needed replaced had to be ordered but Luke was able to get it overnightedand and personally came back the next day to install it and get out furnace back up and running. He was very efficient and kind when coming out and installing a new Central Air unit and updating our electrical panel; both done for cheaper than others were quoting to do just the A/C!
