John came and took a look and found and fixed the problem quickly. He checked to make sure everything was wired correctly on our thermostat, and that everything was running smoothly. He also informed us of some cleaning that needed to be done to our system to help it run more efficiently, and offered the service to get it all cleaned up while he was there. All in all, NexGen was quick, informative, friendly and affordable. Highly recommend!"
