"The guys were on time, cheerful, thorough, and and got the job done. They were thoughtful about my cat, too. The 'sanitization' stuff they sprayed did smell for a few days, despite my airing out the house with the windows open, but it did eventually go away. And they must have gotten a lot of dust out because my children (who are usually very sneezy with the dust pumping through our house) have seemed much better since the ducts got cleaned. Very happy with the service. I used an Angie's List "deal" for the service--I was in a hurry to get it done (my kids had dropped some art supplies down a vent that were making clicking noised that were driving me nuts) so I didn't compare prices at all, I just looked for a company that seemed thorough and they they were. "I couldn't have been more pleased with the service from Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. They arrived a little early (after call me to inform me they were ahead of schedule). They then proceeded to spend the next four hours very thoroughly and carefully cleaning my two HVAC systems' air ducts. My property had been recently remodeled, so there was a lot of dust, but they also found that a lot of junk had been tossed into the floor vents from workers on the project, and so they cleaned it out. Also found that my new heat pump air handler was missing a filter. Again, very courteous, very professional. I would recommend very highly, and will definitely use them again."
