"Brian and his crew did a great job servicing the 2 A/C units and swamp cooler. He is very thorough. During the service of one of the A/C units he discovered the fan motor was over amping. He removed and replaced the fan unit all under warranty. The poor air flow problem in two of the rooms was somewhat of a mystery. After all other avenues were exhausted an access hole had to be cut into the ceiling (no attic access is available) to expose the ducting. It turns out that a piece of the insulation in the sheet metal duct work had been poorly installed when the house was built (not Brian) and had fallen away blocking the ducting to the rooms with the poor air flow. Mystery solved. Brain left no stone unturned in the resolution of this problem. The attic where the ducting is located is extremely small and it was very hot but Brian did not let the conditions deter him from doing an outstanding job. Brian is the only one I will call for any A/C work!"

After looking and talking, the system including the furnace needed to be replaced. I decided to change the system after negotiating a price and they started to take out the old air conditioner and heater that afternoon and come back the next morning to install the new system. I asked Eddie if he could install a Nest Learning Thermostat I had purchased and he said no problem. They did cleaned up like they were never there. The new system works perfectly and with less noise too. Champion Aire Heating and Air Conditioning was the right choice to hire. "Tom's Heating and Air showed up early for the free estimate, on a Saturday. He figured what was wrong...the 2nd floor AC unit was shot. He made an appointment to return the following Monday at 9a He had to get in line to pick up a replacement unit at 7a - warehouse. Again he showed up about 8:55a got the new unit up and running by 10:20a. It was appreciated because the heat wave hit us, and the repair/replacement was very timely. Excellent work. After the initial consultations with one of the companies ( (name I wonâ t disclose)I was almost in tears about how many of their technicians were out of work and that I would help put food on their table...... I reluctantly agreed and signed the contract. After further thoughts I said to myself â he got me and immediately cancelled!!
