Keith the owner came over to assess the job and took the time to explain how the system worked and went over of the various options. He got back to me in a timely manner with a fair price. He assured me the install will be done neating and without incident and I would be happy. They did not disappoint! I was extremely happy with the results. Ron the project manager was a down the earth guy that was professional and willing to explain things to me as the job was progressing. The 2 young workers Richard and Nathan were both awesome. They were both good workers that got the job done without issue. I really enjoyed speaking to them and they were helpful in explaining things to me when I had questions. "We selected Rodenheiser to install a 5 head Mitsubishi air/heat/fan system. The crew was nothing short of amazing. Dylan the crew leader was knowledgeable, respectful, thorough, and terrific. You can actually feel and see the teamwork as the job progressed. The installed carpets at the front door to clean boots, all wore masks and distanced, cleaned up after themselves, and more! We could not be happier with the install team. Also had a great experience with Ross who came out, specd the system, managed the quote, and oversaw all details. Amazing. These guys are PROS!
