"We recently had Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning come to our house to inspect our furnaces before turning the furnaces on during the cooler winter months and they discovered that both units had gas leaks. "Randy the sales rep set up the order for a replacement HVAC system, managed to find inventory in these post-pandemic days of shortages, Chuy and his workmate Eddie did a great job of installing the inside and outside parts of the system while adapting to the unique issues in our condo and then taught us how to use it. The office staff supported them and it all went in place very nicely. Pricing was not cheap but it was competitive. I would not hesitate to use Baker for my future needs. Oh, and the workers were very respectful of our home and wore boot covers and placed covers over things in a closet that was used for attic access."
