"Ali promptly replied to my initial email, made an appointment for the following day, and showed up promptly at the agreed time.  The system actually started working again later the same day that I called and the problem was likely restricted airflow to the air handler.  He checked out the system, confirmed that refrigerant levels were good, and the coil was clean.  He refused to charge for any maintenance, as he said he didn't really do anything.  he also checked out my Wi-Fi thermostat wiring and confirmed that it was correctly installed and that the unit itself was probably defective.  He gets an "A" on all accounts and I would highly recommend him!

"I honestly cannot say enough good things about Justin. Our old A/C stopped working for some reason and just started delivering fan only, no real cooling. I called several places all of whom said they did not service window units. I finally got one place that said they did and could be there in two weeks (!). This when we were on a miserable stretch of insufferably hot, humid weather. I somehow found Justinâ s details after broadening my Google search for local help. Where to even begin. Not only was he there the same day (within four hours!) but honestly and accurately diagnosed the problem. He got the A/C back up and running in less than an hour with an effective repair to a worn-out part and explained why we would need a replacement part which he would be back to install as soon as he could source it. Again, I cannot say enough positive things about Justin and his work and would 100% recommend him to others. I am lucky to have found him."
