"It went well.  He told me what needed to be done to air conditioner and gave me a quote to recharge freon.  Explained things to me clearly.  My husband said that he was very respectful of me as a woman, and was proud the way I handled things and asked questions, which the tech was very forthcoming.  He checked everything and did not make any statements to me, such as, this needs to be done now, etc.   He spent time explaining things instead of giving me the impression he was in a hurry.
