I had already known this and was going to call my usual AC/plumbers but decided since he was here and could do the work to let him put in new duct work. "They were here within an hour of contacting them thru Angi.com. Our heat went out the day before the Dec 22-23, 2022 subzero winter storm. Another company came out on Day 1 & had to order a part. We were still waiting on Day 6 (the Monday after Christmas) & that company was closed. E&M fixed the problem quickly AND even went up on the roof to clear the snow out of the flue. We are so thankful to have heat and will be contacting E&M, again, if we have problems with our HVAC! Thank you for making my family warm, again!"
