"Ralphie of AR AIR Corp is the best HVAC technician we've ever had since owning heat pumps for over 3 decades, we're so pleased to have a service contract with AR AIR CORP so we will never have deal with a unskilled technician like last week when the Condenser stopped working in the heat wave with 95 temps I'm my house . The former technician who couldn't find the control board part that I easily found online and missed all other problems in the unit leaving a mess of wires . It took 3 hours in the hot sun Ralphie figured all the problems out in the Condenser and got it working again. Ralphie went out his way to help us because my husband has Parkinson's and he felt for us in his condition and that he is kind person who cares ! "Seriously a dream come true. After having multiple HVAC guys in our house to check our Lennox central air conditioning unit for a WEEK during the hottest week of summer (our house heated to 98 degrees), Kevin entered our house and turned our unit on in less than 2 minutes. He came in and he knew EXACTLY what he was doing- he spent a few minutes at our unit and got it running, then he went downstairs to check the electric base unit and he quickly found that our filter needed changing BAD. We had multiple companies telling us that we needed a new unit, and we had spent hundreds of dollars on NOTHING to find that our unit, while old (20 years), was more advanced than most as it had multiple automatic shut off valves to avoid any overheating catastrophes. Long story short, it took a few bad opinions to finally find Kevin who waltzed in and told us that we simply needed to change our filter regularly and he had our house cool within an hour. If you re on the fence, save yourself the time and money and hire him immediately. You won t regret it."

"Ali promptly replied to my initial email, made an appointment for the following day, and showed up promptly at the agreed time.  The system actually started working again later the same day that I called and the problem was likely restricted airflow to the air handler.  He checked out the system, confirmed that refrigerant levels were good, and the coil was clean.  He refused to charge for any maintenance, as he said he didn't really do anything.  he also checked out my Wi-Fi thermostat wiring and confirmed that it was correctly installed and that the unit itself was probably defective.  He gets an "A" on all accounts and I would highly recommend him!
