"I bought Advent's $49.95, 20 point air conditioning tune up because my thermostat display had been displaying BATTERY for awhile so I thought I had better have the tune up. The young lady who converses with customers is great. She is cheerful and happy. The two young men technicians were both very polite and helpful. They went above and beyond. A couple of vents were aligned better to give me maximum comfort. I was shown the filter and how to replace it and how often to replace it which is one of the many tasks that my deceased husband did so I knew nothing about the filter. After I made the appointment my unit stopped working. They found a part had burnt out. I paid the extra $167 for the part and when Advent's technicians left my air was working great. I will call Advent in the future any time I have a heat and air need."

"Outstanding! By far the best and most honest man I have met in the industry. I would recommend him to anyone! He was on time, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and honest. Even when the electrician messed up big time and almost broke the brand new unit, Charlie stayed all day fixing their mistake. (I had told the electrician twice that they are not to hook up the unit to the electrical outlet they were installing as it was not yet loaded with the Freon. Any electrician that went to school is taught they CANNOT hook up an air conditioner unit to their outlet as that is the job for the Heating & Air Conditioning contractor. The electrician did NOT listen to me and did not pay attention to what they learned in school. They plugged it in anyway which caused the system to turn on and then effectively break because there was not Freon in the system yet. A new system has to be installed and then a test gas (not Freon) has to be filled into the system and have it sit for 24 hours to ensure the seals are all tight.) Even though Charlie was extremely frustrated by their actions, he was still polite with me and did not charge me for being stuck at my home all day one day and part of the next day. (He should have been at my home for about 1 hour and ended up having to work about 12 hours)."
