I had recently purchased my home and had very little knowledge of any prior maintenance of the boiler. Other than knowing it’s an older unit I didn’t know what to expect of the internal components when it was opened up and inspected. The techs were nice enough to let me observe as they were opening up the unit and exposed the internals. So I could see for myself what they were talking about and physically see the condition.
