A previous "technician", from a company with an Orange, assured me the compressor needed to be replaced on me 4 year old condenser and would cost $2,800 even though it was under warranty. This was a big lie or a scam he was trying to pull on me as Richard figured out the only thing needed was to reprogram the thermostat. After that the unit started cooling right away. What a great difference it makes dealing with honest and professional individuals. I highly recommend calling this company and requesting Richard."
