"Manny was great and actually came a half hour early. He performed a full inspection and maintenance on our two heating cooling systems. He flushed the water heater. He replaced all the system air filters and checked system safety and operations. Additionally he replaced the batteries in two hard to reach smoke detectors. H took pictures of the overall system condition and discussed what needed to be done now and in the future. Very proffesional
