"I called first thing in the morning on June 30th, as I had been without hot water since the previous Friday night. (Good thing it wasn't winter!) They not only came out within an hour, they secured a new unit and installed it the same day! That included emptying the old unit, removing it and installing the new one. The job was done by mid-afternoon.
They gave me a quote over the phone, and billed me the same amount. I was very pleased.
Last summer they installed a new central air unit for me, did a great job then as well. I just hope the furnace isn't going to go next! But if it does, I will know who to call.

The units are running great and improved my energy efficiency tremendously over my older units. Pete is extremely knowledgeable with his profession of installing A/C and heating systems. His pricing is excellent as well. We are also using them to install a new heating system within the next few weeks.
