Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. He got the materials and replaced the old faucet with a new unit that is available now. He then pointed out to me that my hot water heater duct work to the ceiling duct work was rusted through and needed to be replaced. I had already known this and was going to call my usual AC/plumbers but decided since he was here and could do the work to let him put in new duct work. He did a good job on both and both should be fine for a few more years."
