Tech was on time, highly professional and very thorough in furnace cleaning/service work. Answered all our questions, cleaned up all residue and provided us with a receipt for charges via email. "My furnace quit working on Sunday.  I mentioned this to a friend of mine, and he suggested Pacific Air.  First thing Monday morning I called them.  Ashley answered on her cell phone, as she wasn't in the office yet.  I made an appointment for that afternoon. Later that morning, I got a call that Bill was in the area and could come out right away.  So in about 3 hours after I called, my furnace was fixed.  Bill suggested that my 22 year old furnace needed a complete maintenance tune up.  So Tuesday morning William came and clean and adjusted the furnace.  I am very pleased with the prompt  and courteous service.  The price seems reasonable too.
