"They didn't come on time at all.  The issue I had was that they had a price advertised for a system check and when they came they said that I had two different air conditioning units and it would be two different prices.  I felt that was a bit misleading and they didn't say that when I called to make the appointment. The guy that came was fine.  He was great.  I was happy with the service.  I just felt mislead."

"From start to finish a great experience! Called with no air conditioning yesterday, a Friday holiday weekend. The lady that answered the worked wonders and found tech close by that could come the next morning. I received a call the tech was going to be earlier than expected. Great news on a hot day with no air. The service was efficient and fair priced. Within a hour my unit was up and running again. The sales office followed up right after to schedule a time to look a future options since my unit is getting up there in age. No pushy sales. Professional, quality service. I will use them in the future and highly recommend this company."

"Service Tech msg when he was on his way. Arrived on time and was very professional. However, the estimate for the replacement unit was 3 times higher than what a unit should cost to replace. So needless to say, I was disappointed in their quote."

"I felt taken care of! I reached out the night before indicating that our furnace was not working. I received a text message and a voice mail from the owner of the when I woke up. He seemed to care that we got our heat back asap. I reached out to him and he sent his tech Josh out to help us. Josh found the issue, found the necessary part, after at least one lead, got it installed and my family is warm again. I would definitely recommend T. Byrd Heating and Air to snyone that asked!"
