"Bill Walker is the tech that diagnosed my faulty condensing unit compressor to be grounded. Sounds like a good thing right? but its not. You never want to hear that. Should you ever do so you want Trabuco Air handling it. I was explained what was wrong and given options that i could comfortably choose from without just breaking the the already shaking bank. "I am writing this review after a year because I wanted to test it out and provide an honest review. We replaced our AC unit with a new one with the help of NathanD. He was extremely professional and offered us the best price compared to all the other companies we considered. The installation process only took half a day, and they also installed a Google Nest for us. Additionally, they assisted in fixing our broken circuit board in the garage. Overall, the workmanship was excellent, and NathanD answered all of our questions. He even followed up with us after 2 months to check on our satisfaction.
