He gave me an estimate, but the Aire Serv guy never did. They just looked at our current unit and told us what our options would be. We decided on one of the options because it would be more affordable. He said he would work up an estimate for his part of it, and that never happened. You didn't give me an estimate, so why would I give you my business? You obviously don't want the money, so I'll find someone else."

Then installed the new condenser / heat pump outside and the air handling system inside including an air purification system. The crew was friendly and professional.
