"Originally I called for a diagnostic of my AC unit, which was doing a terrible job cooling my house. Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!"

Even though I didn't call them to work on the Softener Jarrod quickly determined a fix for the softener flooding our basement and said a simple Air Gap drain would help prevent it from backing up. He quickly put together a quote that was reasonably priced and within a few hours fixed an issue that had been plaguing us for months. We have been using it this winter and even in the coldest period, it kept the temperature perfect. Chris did the install in minimal time and with professionalism. He even put in a flap, so that if we wanted to use our wood furnace it would close off the gas furnace flu, so the electronics would not overheat. We were very comfortable with him in our home."
